Right now, Google Earth shows that the 16,360-square-foot lot at 1920 Pierce St. in Hollywood, FL, hosts a few single-family homes. Yet, as a recent article from the South Florida Business Journal reports, that plot could find new life as a five-story residential venture.

The unnamed complex, proposed by ABH Developer Group, would require more than 31,000 square feet and offer 32 apartments. They would be one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, measuring 662 square feet to 1,166 square feet each.

At this time, communal amenities include a rooftop swimming pool and a second-floor interior courtyard and garden. According to Alexis Bogomolni, the managing partner of ABH Development, these features will “create a sense of community and connectivity among residents.”

Hollywood’s Technical Advisory Committee is currently considering the proposal. Llorente Architects designed the venture. Conceptual renderings show a mid-rise building where residences come with balconies.

Sources don’t offer an estimate as to how much rent will be. Yet, given the demand for housing around Young Circle, they’ll likely be at-rate units. The residential community could take shape at 1914 and 1920 Pierce Street, Hollywood, Florida, 33020, in Broward County.

If approved, the venture would be east of I-95 and southwest of the Anne Kolb Nature Center.
